Notes for next time
- Table tents drove more than half of all scans. Add one per table next year instead of one per two tables.
- Scans jumped within minutes of the 7:40 PM mention. Move the first sponsor call to action earlier, around 7:00 PM, to catch guests before dinner.
- The entrance banner was partly blocked by the coat check. Place it at eye level past the check-in table.
